Getting a Visa
Do you need visa support? We can provide the invitation for a study visa (up to 90 days, non-extendable).
With this invitation you can apply for the visa in the Russian Consulate.
How to get an invitation letter
Fill in your application form
Please note that you have to fill in the place of work, including your employer name, address, and position,
Send us a copy of your passport first page
with a photo. Please

We will process your invitation letter
and email you a copy
- For the invitation we need: application form, scan copy of your passport and payment of the deposit (should be processed 30 days before your arriving).
- Your passport should be valid at least 1.5 years after the date of arriving to Russia
How to get a visa
To get a Russian visa, you will have to visit the Russian Embassy or Consulate in your country, submitting a copy of your invitation letter.

is minimum 5 working days
Accommodation
We offer our students two accommodation options

- In the hotel
In a host family
Accommodation in a flat with a Russian family will give you more speaking practice and will help your fast adaptation in Moscow
The conditions for the host-family
- Separate room in a flat
- Kitchen and bathroom are shared
- Free Wi-Fi
- You can order breakfast or dinner additionally
- Breakfast and dinner: upon request
- You can book your accommodation with a host family not less than 10 days before your arriving
In a hotel
We can offer a hotel within walking distance from our Centre

Transfer
You can book a transfer from the airport.
The driver will pick you up at the airport and take you to the place of your accommodation. It is comfortable and safe.
How to book your transfer
Let us know the date and time of your arrival, the airport, and the flight info
Get an email from the Russian Language Centre
with the confirmation, name and phone number of the driver meeting you
The driver will be waiting for you at the airport arrivals with a sign with your name
Please apply for the transfer
at least 2-3 days before your arrival
